Ascendance - 70’s and 80’s Dance the morning away!

Join Ascendance in an uplifting and joyful online dance class delivered over Zoom.

Dance to your favourite 70’s & 80’s tracks from Queen to Abba and back. Dress up in anything bright and come prepared to boogie!

Suitable for older people and people living with dementia, you will need a screen and a camera (this could be on a laptop) and speakers (they could be the speakers on the laptop or external speakers) to be able to access the session.
