Dancing with Parkinson’s online
Ascendance have re-designed their dance classes for the Parkinson's community to keep smiles on peoples’ faces during social distancing. It keeps individuals moving in a fun, welcoming environment whilst safe relating. Options are given to modify for various levels of mobility.
Professionally trained instructors guide movement which incorporate a range of styles from around the world. The exercises aim to enhance and maintain mobility, flexibility, balance, posture, coordination and strength with creative input from participants if desired.
