Our Grand Day Out to Blackpool

On World Parkinson's Day (Saturday 11 April), Ascendance is heading on "Our Grand Day Out to Blackpool", a joyful celebration of dance, community and awareness on the iconic Blackpool seafront. The day will see participants, artists and supporters travel together from Leeds to Blackpool for an afternoon of dance, fish and chips, and seaside fun, raising awareness of Parkinson's and the power of dance to transform lives.

A new dance piece will be performed on Blackpool's famous Comedy Carpet at 1.30pm, and everyone is
invited to join in.
