Learn Ascendance's very own "Let's Dance" dance!

Join us for a fun dance challenge as we groove to David Bowie's classic hit, guided by some of the team and Dancers with Parkinson's. This dance challenge is for everyone. Seated and standing versions are available, so you can move how you want to move.

We have been learning this dance as part of Let’s Dance, a national campaign https://lets-dance.org.uk/ to inspire everyone in the UK to embrace dance as a way to improve their health, connect with others, and have fun.
