As part of Ascendance Wellbeing Festival join Zoe Parker to soothe body and mind. Zoe comes to this session with a range of movement and somatic therapies/ techniques.
With a mix of movement, Pilates, ball therapy and play, the session will explore a range of ways to release tension, stimulate the vagus nerve and relieve pain / other neuro challenges. Join her to explore these neuro hacks that playfully soothe the nervous system.
Zoe Parker works within a range of therapeutic movement and pain free techniques with a background in Pilates, Yoga, Dance, Thai massage, Reiki, Mindfulness and Reflexology.
