I was extremely impressed with the way the class was run. Rachel & Emma were inspiring, and I loved the way we did all the dance in small sections to put it together as a whole.

Great music, great company, everyone had a laugh, and no one felt self conscious.
Before you begin any exercise program, talk with your neurologist or general practitioner. If you haven’t been physically active before your diagnosis, you may need additional help planning an exercise program. Your doctor will consider your personal health history, your current symptoms and treatment plan, and any additional factors that may affect your ability to exercise.
For purposes of documentation, monitoring and evaluation, it is necessary to take photos / videos of activities throughout the course of the project. Images will be used for printed publicity and possibly for the Ascendance website and social media activities. We will not use images without your consent as indicated above (please tick box):
